HCL Infosystems India’s premier hardware, services and ICT systems integration and distribution company today announced the awarding of the contract from Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (Keltron). HCL Infosystems has been selected as the leading vendor to provide over 6500 units of laptops and netbooks. Keltron is the nodal agency for supplying the Laptop & Netbook as a part of IT@School project for Government of Kerala.
This initiative is an integral part of the Government of Kerala’s vision in enhancing the role of technology in the state education system. HCL Infosystems will be partnering with the state government and will be providing best in class HCL ME Laptops designed for Indian conditions and supported by HCL’s service and support network, one of the largest in the country today.
